We email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Where to find your tracking
- Shipping confirmation email: open the email and select the tracking link. Check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it.
- Your account: if you checked out with your email, sign in to your account to see your orders and their status.
- Order confirmation email: the "View your order" button opens your order status page, which shows tracking once your order ships.
Good to know
- Items in the same order may ship from different warehouses, so you may receive more than one tracking number.
- Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show movement after the label is created.

Still need help?
If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, contact us with your order number and we will look into it.
