Orders

How do I place an order?

Choose your item, select your size or option, and tap Add to Cart or Buy It Now. Then complete checkout with your shipping and payment details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, as long as they have not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

What payment methods do you accept?

All available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Shipping

How long does processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

How long does delivery take?

Items shipped from the USA usually arrive 3–7 business days after processing, and items shipped from overseas usually arrive in 7–15 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

How much is shipping?

We offer Donaire Standard Shipping, priced by order weight starting at $3.99. Your exact cost is shown at checkout.

Will my order arrive in one package?

Items in the same order may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Read the full Refund Policy.

Are any items final sale?

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings, opened beauty and personal-care products, lingerie, intimates and swimwear cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Items marked final sale and gift cards are also non-returnable.
