Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another with tracking information when it ships.

Delivery time

After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

Items shipped from the USA: 3–7 business days
Items shipped from overseas: 7–15 business days

Each product page notes whether the item ships from the USA or from overseas. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and holidays.

Shipping rates

We offer one shipping option, Donaire Standard Shipping, priced by the total weight of your order:

Up to 0.6 lb: $3.99
0.61–1 lb: $5.99
1.01–5 lb: $9.99
Over 5 lb: $14.99

Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Multiple packages

Items in the same order may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking for each shipment.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we will try to update it before your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
